loan account closed

I app**** for a loan , it was approved , money was deposited into my account but then reversed to African Bank.<br> I took all correct paperwork to the branch and everything was re-submitted.<br> I was told the money would be in my account between 24/48 hours , IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS and still no money.<br> I have called the branch and call centre and somebody promises to get back to me but nobody does!!!<br> I phoned this morning only for the women in your call centre to tell me the loan application has been closed!! AFTER YOU HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE LOAN THAT I NEVER RECEIVED<br> I never told anybody to close it , NOBODY PHONED ME TO INFORM ME THAT IT WILL BE CLOSED!!<br> I app**** for this loan because I really do need it , THE HSSES I HAVE HD WITH AFRICAN BANK HAS INCONVIENCED ME MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW!!<br> <br> PLEASE WILL THIS GET SORTED OUT, PLEASE RE-OPEN THE LOAN APPLICATION
