My Name is Thabo Mpufane . i had a loan with you guys . and i made full settlement in May on the 16th . but to my surprise you guys are still debiting the full monthly amount every month. and i have to call your contact center every month, which the *********** people that work there keep on telling me we apologies and this is closed . but i get debited every month. i need this sorted ASAP
