in december i app**** online for a loan which I qualified for i was then phoned and was told that i need to take my docs to the closest branch which i did thereafter i phoned and asked how far the process was, they then told me they never received anything, so the lady that was there never attached my docs to my application.
They told me to go again and give in my dos again i mean why must i if i went already? Question is what did she do with my documents throw it in the bin coz im a colored?
