Loan

I app**** for an African bank loan and everything went okay and I qualified for a Consolidation loan of R59 999. they were to consolidate my Capitec loan and price and pride account I had but I had already closed the price and pride account but it still showed on the system that I owe it . Then I asked the lady who was assisting me to please provide me proof of payment so can reclaim for refund as I have closed the account. She tried removing it but then the system dropped the amount I qualified for which made sense because then looked at thou I didn't want to settle the account so then we agreed that it will be paid and will go for refund at price and price . I signed everything and even have a copy of the contract . Few hours when the African was trying to pay off the mentioned loan the price and price pride rejected the money because was paid now the bank hasn't paid the agreed amount to my account because they can't pay price and pride and kind of expected them to aleast put the price and pride money with the rest of the money that was to put in on my account . I called the head office and no one could help me they all said I will be called back .
