Loan

Last year October/November I app**** for a loan, my application was successful, and the money was in within 24 hours. However, for some odd reason, the bank added a fruad block on the account before I even access the funds.

Now, I'm paying monthly for a loan I've never used since I do not have access to it. Called multiple times and agents keep advising incorrectly by staying they have escalated my case via email to the Forensic department, and I should wait for a call within 24 hours from our interaction. Still nothing till this day.

I honestly don't know what to do next.
