Livid customer

I have always been very happy with African bank but lately they have been giving me a lot of problems. Today i went to make an early withdrawal of my investment at their bank, which they had to deposit into my savings account which is also at THEIR BANK!!!few minutes later for reasons only known to them, my savings account was blocked. No warning, no notification no nothing. I went to the branch and they were a big fat zero help, I tried numerous times to call the customer care line, n after holding for nearly an hour, i was told that the department I am looking for is having some sort of festival and was not available. So in the meantime i have to be stuck with no money. I am very ****ed at this high level of incompetence. As soon as my account is open, I'm definitely switching banks.. This is absolute *******!!!!!!!!
