Listing without cause

I found out last year that the bank had my ID listed at SAFPS for ***** and I didn't even know about it. I had never app**** for a loan with them. After weeks of trying to get help, I finally managed to send through my documents in November last year, they say the process takes up to 6 weeks but I'm still waiting. I have been emailing and calling ever since with no help. I can't even open a bank account because of this listing and it's so unfair that they don't even follow back or let you know of the listing to give you a chance to dispute.
