listing on credit bereau

im so disappointed in the way African bank is handling my account, last year November 2014 African bank send me an sms to inform me that when I settle all my accounts that are in areas they will clear the defaults on my credit profile this year I managed to pay all their money but my surprise the defaults are still recorded this is the questions I want to ask African bank<br> <br> a. Did African bank notify me in writing of their intention to list my default payment on the credit bureau? NO<br> <br> b. Did African bank send me a 20 days notification in writing of the impending listing of my account on the credit bureau? NO<br> <br>
