Listed on ITC

Good day, <br> <br> I pulled a credit record for myself today and to my shock, African bank has placed a negative listing on my ITC claiming that I have an outstanding loan overdue by 7 months for an amount of R 5199.00 with them???? <br> <br> Please check your records and you will see I have never missed a single payment!! I have also never had a loan for the amount of R 5199.00 with you guys!! I tried calling the call center to sort out this matter but the phones gets cut 3min into the call. <br> <br> I want this matter to be sorted out as a matter of urgency and my credit record corrected. This is not on.. I will be waiting for a letter from you stating that this has been corrected! <br> <br>
