Limit increase complaint

Really not happy with african banks service, my interest rate is 17% or so. I do a limit increase and I get 19% offer. When I ask for an explanation I am notified about the repo rate. I was not happy with this and was notified that a person who deals with credit would call me. Someone did then call me a lady who called at 17:41 on the 26/08/2022 to get me to accept this offer and giving me the same explanation. She is rude and does not listen to customers. I am appalled by her bad customer service and the fact that she does not put the client's needs first.

Please have her call me back with an apology and I would like someone In credit to provide me with a proper explanation in simple terms and not tell me about repo rates or read from a script
