Lies and charges for services not asked for

I bought furniture from furniture city.<br> The credit application was with African Bank, I provided proof of existing life cover with my letter of employment for the application.<br> <br> According to Ruth Mmotlana you can substitute the life cover before the application is sent through and approved.<br> According to the insurance company this life cover can not be substituted before or after the application process.<br> <br> The consultant that helped me received my current insurance and life cover with all my other documents but the consultant that was working under African Bank said it can be substituted with proof of existing cover.<br> <br> African Bank LIES LIES AND LIES.<br> And bill clients for giving them bad service and then sign them up for all kinds of extra charges.
