***** to get clients

I am so disappointed in the service that I got from African Bank . I feel that the company is inhuman and does not care for their customers and I will make sure that people I know and I care for never uses them. I app**** for a personal loan of R 10 000 .00 was advised I qualify for the full amount and to send all my documents for pay-out . I app**** with other companies as well but because of the offer I got from African bank I went with them . Today 25-11-2020 I received R 5000.00 and when asked why they said after they got my payslip that is what I qualify for and they didn’t even let me know that the offer changed . If I knew that they would give me that amount I wouldn’t have taken the offer . I feel that they **** to me so that I can do business with them . They do not have integrity and they are dishonest . We as customers should make sure we warn other people from using them they are ***** . I am do disappointed
