So even with an acknowledgement of my documentation and after speaking to a consultant two weeks ago, insurance has once again not covered my installment and charge has gone off my account AGAIN!!! YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ***** AND *******! You are not adhering to our loan agreement with regards to your insurance policy and will now be seeking legal advise.
