LENZ STATION AFRICAN BANK LAZY AND RUDE TELLER

I app**** for an overdraft online and submitted the documents then I went in the lenz top shops African bank branch on the 03/11 since I kept receiving the SMS's to say I need to submits the documents. I was assisted by a bio***ual lady that was very rude and at that time didn't seem to want to assist me.she just told me that it was rejected from headoffice knowing very well on my side it was not I tried showing her on my app but she just gave me the attitude and told me she cant help. I then went to Cresta branch where I was assisted and the documents were submitted successfully. I feel the one at lenz was rude and didn't want to do her work and she must be called into order because it seemed like I was there to ask her for money. She doesn't know the meaning of customer service.
