lekker to chat with friends on the phone

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from African Bank Highveld mall. I went to collect a replacement Creditcard as mine was ******. 1st when I arrived at the bank the branch was closed. on the way back to the parking lot i saw a lady with an African bank uniform casually strolling about in the mall and having a lekker chat on the phone with someone, so I turned around and followed her back to the branch. She never hung the phone up and halfheartedly assisted me while continuing with this obviously more important than your client's person on the other end. nevertheless, i get a new card, she changed my pin and I left. so, the following day I attempted to use this card now. and the pin i chose and she confirmed does not work. what now African bank? will you pay me a day's leave so I can get this sorted? As I went to the Branch in the Highveld mall but to no surprised the branch was closed once again, even though the sign on the door said the branch is open from 9 tot 2.
