Legal notice received even though debit order has been going off for months
I am trying to understand from African Bank why I have been served a legal notice, even though I have a payment arrangement with them, which they have been debiting my account since the end of August and to top it all, I was informed that I would only be assisted, once I have confirmed that I owe African Bank money. I truly regret the day I made the loans at African Bank, I would not advise any consumer to do business with them.
