LEGAL ACTIONS!!

I have a personal loan with African Bank and I've been paying this account for the last 2 and half years every month as per our agreement. Havent missed one payment.

Yesterday I received an email from an Attorney's office stating that my account was handed over. I called their offices and they told me that they dont understand why this account was handed over and I must ignore the emails.

The first email was one amount - the second email the amount was R360.00 more - nice interest added and expected to be paid.

I told this company to stop sending me emails, treating me with legal actions and expecting me to pay for anything.

The amount outstanding on this loan account is R3036.00 - why after 2 years this bank wants to hand me over ???? WHAT INCOMPETENCE IS THIS?????
