Lazy, unprofessional staff

Yesterday I went to African Bank at Westgate mall, for a stamp and confirmation for a school form, the lady at reception was cold and unfriendly. She just told me to take a seat and someone will assist me, while the system was offline, she didn't even inform me the system was offline, the staff was just chilling, chatting and some on their cellphones. It was the most unprofessional, pathetic and disgusting behaviour I have ever seen. It is really sad that people gets paid to be lazy.
