Late estate banking statement
I have been trying to get a late estate banking statement for a deceased person and it's now two months and the call centre has been giving me a run around , I have provided the letter from the masters and the death certificate confirming that I can be issued with the statement but I keep being tossed around like a ball. Please help me as I am really struggling to get assistance The agent from the branch tried to assist me but since she doesn't have the mandate to do as the information is supposed to be provided

26 Nov 2020, 08:10I am tired of speaking to your consultants who don't know nothing about deceased estate all I need is the copy of the deceased bank statement as per the letter from masters so I can proceed with my claim. Because every one who calls or I call don't know who is suppose to give me the information I need.
The best you can do is give me their email address or phone number so I can email/call them for the request instead of calling me, and please don't give me your call center number as I have been calling them for the past two months they are the ones who told me you don't have a complaints email or call center that is why I am sending my query through this platform, the third party email address is the worst. I am just tired I need my query resolved
If I don't response today from you guys am taking the matter to banking ombudsman as already it's two months with no one able to assist me.
