Lack of honesty

I went to apply for a loan at African Bank ,Rustenburg Kerk Street26th/11/2018. I was helped by Mogomosti Segoe he told me that head office would call me to finalize everything,I didnt not receive anything from head office . I then went back on the 29th/111/12 where I was helped by they branch manager Olebogang. I then signed a contract and was given a copy of the contract then Mogomosti and Olebogang told me that head office would call me that day to confirm my application and nothing happened on that day.On the 30th I used the please call me service that they offer to get a call and I was only called on the 3rd and was told that my application is still being processed. On the4th I called and I was told you that my application is at the branch that I app**** at, immediately after I called Mogomosti to actually find out what is happening with my application and he told me that he would call me back and tell to date (22/12/18)I have no received a call or any sort of communication from African Bank or Mogomosti.
