Lack of Communication, Processing Applications is a disaster!

Still waiting for a final review that has taken a week to be done. Continuously phone the call centre and all they say is the document is being reviewed. It took a whole week despite my calls every day for you guys to tell me you are unhappy with the date on my work confirmation letter, got a new one, sent it in have requested feedback and NOTHING!! The turn around time is an entire week not 48 to 72 Hours. My App also never showed that more documents was required. Asking for feedback literally on a daily basis at this point and its non existent.
