Just want my money back

they managed to debit my account for a loan which was paid up 2 months prior, they then debited my account for the loan i finished and sms'd me telling me that I needed to email them the documents so they can reverse the payment, its been 2 weeks and 3 emails later there is no response from anyone, not even a hi we received your mail.

I went into the store to find out if they could help as the sms said i could go in store, but i was quickly turned to the email address that was sent to me.

They've got care in the world when they own you money but will put you in jail if you owed them a R10
