Just tell me outright if you don’t want to approve my loan

Please can you check your system, or at least have human beings to talk to when we’re applying for loans. For the last 3 days, I receive a message saying we’ve received your documents thank you. Then shortly, statements missing - I send, the. Message saying we’ve received your statements, payslip kissing, I send the. Repeat. I’ve sent documents over 7 times - on the app, on email, on WhatsApp and still I get the same message. I’ve phoned your call centre and they can’t help. If you don’t want to approve a loan just say so and I’ll go somewhere else rather than give me the run around
