****** just got exposed.
Stay away from African bank if you don’t wanna deal with ****** or ****mers. So I completed my debt review in September 2022, these ****** send me a paid up letter and to the debt review company and a clearance certificate was issued. 8 months later these ****** started sending me the same statement of the paid up loan with figures one can’t explain. I lodged a complaint via my debit review company that gave me the clearance certificate. On 24 May they apologize profusely that there was a systematic error on their side and IT is looking into it. To my surprise when I lodged a dispute with Experian, the consultant there ( who I highly doubt has any common sense or whatsoever) disregarded my paid up letter and took some ***** statement he was provided now with figures that magically appear from nowhere. Are they saying my paid up letter is *****ulent? What’s the purpose of a paid up letter if the consumer won’t be given a benefit of doubt, but rather be send from pillars to post? Are we supposed to be bul**** by banks because they feel they above the law? What a nonsense of a bank this is. Becareful when taking a loan with them, first it’s their exorbitant credit cover and then at the end some senseless person with a 30% matric pass average trying to defend their bosses for their cup of soup. Useless *****s.
