Judgement placed on prescribed debt from 5 years ago.

I have never met a more incomponent Bank in my life. All they try to do is bully you out of monet they can no longer claim for.

Yes i went through a rough time in 2012 we my husband lost his job and i could no longer afford my bills. How ever this then lead to my debt being prescribed on account number ********** 002.

Then to my shock this year i find out there is a judgment on my name.

How can you put a judgment on prescribed debt. When i phone and ask to speak to some one regarding this i get zero help.

I got told this morning that the letter from 2012 is nil and void. How can your consultants take it upon them selves to just cancel a prescritption. I was told there is no record of this letter and it must be a mistake or made up.

Now are you insinuating i am a crimanal.

This then led me to phone again, This time speaking to a miss Lerato Mo***eng, who was more than helpful and acknowledged the pescription for this account and still aent me 3 copies of this letter that was so called made up.

Clearly you have hired a bunch of incomponent staff that clearly have not had enough training and who take the law into there own hands.

I have now taken this to my lawyers and will be suing Africn Bank for harrasment and incorrect information given to the credit beruo.

With this i shall too take my documents to Carte Blanche, and have them to follow up on this investigation.

I was told by one of the debt collectors my debt was sold and never collected successfully but african bank took it upon themselve to take back that debt and try claim it again. Which i know is *******. And you have phonr records to prove that by the way.

I do not know how you can run a Bank like this, clearly alot of ***** going on in that place.

I look forward to your pathetic response.

Regards MRS Van Der Westhuizen
