Judgement not removed!
<p>African Bank has a judgement against me for not paying R6000+-. that amount is paid up already and they even sent me a letter proving that. I then called African bank recently and asked if they could assist in removing the judgement as the loan is paid up. the lady said she would consult ITC and get back to me. I got a "resolved query" sms and thought my issue is resolved. only to check on ITC report that the judgement is still there!!!! </p>

African bank has to have the worst customer service, I have tried being polite and it just does not work. I just spoke to a gentleman named Bheki and he was amused at my issues. I am trying to buy a car so I can secure my job and all he does is chuckle at my issue and says his supervisor is making my issue someone elses... I must call the customer advocate line, and that number has a voice message that no on eis available...!!!!! WHAT ON EARTH!!!!!!
