It's more Appalled Bank.

If was possible to give this bank a minus i would a -100000, i am actually appalled by the service i have received fro this institution if you want to call the circus that. I have app**** 3 timez for a credit card. Twice online the first one i canceled myself cause it seems someone at head office is messing around on FB instead of working as i didn't receive feedback for over a week. The second time i had to phone after them to get answers just get informed they didn't receive all documents as requested which is a load of ****. Now i went into the branch handed in all documents and approved debi check everything and guess what the same story. Review, review and when you go into the branch all you get told is they will escalate it. I'm starting to feel like an escalation.

I have never in my life received such poor service not even from a low rated company.

You do credit checks left right and centre it affects my credit profile.

Does anyone in African bank know how to do their work or are there just a bunch of clowns running around.

You give people false hope and that makes me sick to my stomach.

African bank should be ashamed of themselves. Reading all these complains tells me this not a bank someone wants to do business with.

Rather close the bank then running a circus like this.
