The worst bank I've ever come across in my 35 years of living, from the staff at the branch to the management at head office, im so disappointed that they put African in their name. the only way i can get a hold of them is to complain on platforms like 'hellopeter'. i bought a R50 Supabets voucher through the African bank app 3months ago and that voucher didn't work because it wasn't recognized by Supabets. i complained to African bank but all im getting is that they will come back to in 7days, that's been the story I've been getting from their head office because they failed to aid the situation at two of their branches,
