ITC update and account closure

Account paid on the 15 September 2015. Tired of calling the call centre coz i get false promises that account will be closed then ITC update will follow. What a useless call centre. Africanbank call centre its a shame to the banking industry. I have made numerous calls and pleas but it seems no one knows how to help me. One month and few days i still cant get help despite numerous calls i have made. Everytime i make a call its same story just a different day.
