ITC Update

My name is Lucky Motaung, I used to have a loan with African bank , it was handed over to the attorneys and I settled the loan, I was also provided with the paid up letter. To my surprise African bank did not update my bureau and it still reflect negative on my profile.

Please update my records because when I go to your branches they are unable to assist.
