ITC status not updated since 2012

<p>I dealt with Natalie Pretorius of AfricanBank November 2012 regarding a settlement of an account. A settelemnt was paid and I was a settelemnet confirmation and to my Horror my ITC status shows that I still owe the bank R840!! I request an urgent correct as I'm in possessionof my confirmation letter!!!</p>
