Itc clearance

I called the call centercent,awhile ago explained my situation was unemployed dat time so I called in and explained and the person I spoke to said its ohk they understand,just now I have a bad credit record because someone forgot to give proper information and what do as un employed person.<br> <br> Got employed now and start deducting their some ridiculous amount,and I need them to clear my name or change what other people or banks see everytime I want to open an account.,call centre agent should be informed what to say to us as clients,thats why I will never recommend anyone to african bank.,I Need my name cleared asap.
