Issue with reversing my funds

I am currently under review however, African Bank had the nerve to still debit my account and now they dont want to reverse the money that was debited. African Bank is the only creditor out of the few that i owe that is causing this issue so it cannot be the debt review company. CANCEL ANY PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS AND GIVE BACK MY MONEY YOU DEBITED LAST MONTH!!!!!
