<p>i app**** for a loan it was declined due to affordabilty, thats what they said.. pathetic sevice, it took about 3 weeks with me having to phone them '' god only knows how many times'' to find out the status of the applicaton. then when i asked why they never inform me that it as been declined, the rep**** we dont send an sms if your load as been declined.. so i didnt bother about it, because the same day i contacted another credit provider and my loan was approved for a bigger amount than even i expected...</p> <p>the reason why im angry is that when i needed assistance, african bank did not want to help, but i get a call now and yourl want to offer me a credit card or loan. dont contact me again and remove my info from your database. stp contanting calling and hanging up on me..... i dont even wanna hear anything about african bank and its **** service. send me confirmation that my details have been removed please...
