irresponsible lending

I have 3 loans at african bank and CANNOT afford to pay them all, my monthly salary is less than my payments each month i have made arrangement to pay what I can afford but i just got an sms saying that an tracer will be issued to me with section 58 and a judgement will be issued against me, so other words they want to take me to court but if i do not have the money each month to repay them what must i do its irresponsible lending on their behalf aswell how can they give me 3 loans witch payments per month is more than my monthly salary? and apparently paying what u can is just not an option with them
