investment withdrawal

I opened a 7 days notice investment account i requested a debit order for that account,i tried to withdraw months later it said that i have uncleared amount.Visited the branch they said they had no idea whats going on i should call the head office.i did that the consultant told me that my money will be cleared on the 10th of november today its the 6th of december still nothing...okay fine i made another withdrawal on the 29th of november the payout was suppose to be yesterday...when i went check on the app if the money reflected yoh the money is back in my investment account how?cause i didnt cancel that withdrawal i need the money now i cant make another withdrawal and wait another 7days for nothing please i want all my money back and close this investment account please
