Investment payed to closed account without the owners concern

I have never been so disappointed by the incompetency and inappropriate service I got from african bank, I had an investment that was a fixed deposit for 5years which was maturing on the 10th of January, I went there on Tuesday the 14th and only to be told that my money was transfered to one of the accounts I had and sadly that account is closed but they did that without my concern or to even ask me where to transfer my money. Now I have to wait 14 working days for them to see if they can resolve my issue
