Investment interest

I reinvested an amount at the end of December 2019 for 5 years; interest to be paid out semi-annually/every 6 months. The first interest payment was due 21 June 2020; nothing has been paid yet. I called yesterday, spoke to Belinda who advised it was a mistake on their side however it will be rectified and she will call me back to confirm when the payment is done. I have not received any feedback and needless to say no interest payment. This is my only income for the next 5 years and leaves me very worried that I will have this problem every 6 months going forward.
