African Bank<br> <br> I am in the process of applying for a home loan - And in this process a African Personal loan appeared arrears on my ITC record. I have never received a loan from African Bank in my life. I have contacted the call centre numerous times and a branch I have emailed the numerious requested documents numerious times !!!I have mailed it to the fo [Email Removed] with supporting ducuments of correspondence from June 2015 Given the numer ***- no answer<br> <br> And if I will miss the grace period of my offer of the property that I want to buy?? African Bank will be held responsible for my losses? <br> <br> I need a written letter from African Bank that this is not my loan at all, and my ITC record needs to be cleared urgently, or futher legal action will be taken for compensation.<br> <br> This is totally unaceptable <br> Regards<br>
