***** investigation lasts a lifetime. Don't ever do anything with them for better health

Been ***** listed by african bank for the past 4 months. Have to call daily just to be told that they are escalating and will provide feedback by COB but it has never happened. Then i have to call the following day just for the same song. I even know the call centre script by now and how wyen opening your profile, they let you know of the app. Bank has ruined my life. My credit record now looks like a slaughterhouse. Never will recommend it to anyone.
