******* into Funeral Policy, by being Told Loan is Approved (then declined later)

I app**** for a consolidation loan in may, 2025. I submitted all the required information, and the Consultant processed the information, and CONGRATULATED ME for the loan being approved, and then , taking advantage of my happiness, sold me a Funeral Cover policy for my family, which I accepted. A few days later, I was sent a link to verify some information, and suddenly, I was told that i no longer qualify, no explanation. I tried other institutions, and left this as is, but on second reflection, I feel that I was ******* and Im considering cancelling their policy, and moving my funeral cover elsewhere
