Intervention on bank loan account

Dear Sir /Madam I am an African Bank client since 2013. I had a loan and a credit card with them. The credit card was R15.000 and a personal loan was 107,000. I was paying both very well until I took early pension due to family problems which made my salary to drop drastically. I made them aware so I can be allowed to pay less than the agreed amount but they keep on deducting the full amount. I am still ptepared to pay these debts but as I said I needed some agreement which I would stick to considering my problem. This has made me very frustrated as I am left with nothing.i have tried calling and visiting their branches to make sense with them but they continue deducting full amounts. They sometime take up to R4000 from my account yet I asked them to take at least a R1000 I can be glad if you can assist me in this matter urgently.
