I am so disappointed with the African Bank security systems, despite POPIA act my account was hacked and money was transferred to an account that the bank cannot even trace. An internal consultant created an online banking profile for my account and transferred money. I took out this loan for a funeral and I am told by the bank to wait for 30 days to get feedback. How on earth am I expected to bury my aunt? The bank is so insensitive and I cannot believe my details were not protected. I will not recommend this bank to any of my family, colleagues and friends
