Interest Rates and Hidden Fees
Account was paid every single month on time since 2011.01.17 (account opened) and every single month I'm being charged Arrear Interest plus Service Fee plus VAT on Service Fee plus Insurance. Over a year ago I phoned in told them I'm destroying my credit card and I want them to stop all billing and allow me to pay off the balance. Received a detailed statement now with them still charging Service Fee Plus another entry of VAT on service fee Plus Insurance. I have been paying this account off since 2011 and still owe R31 000!!! I demand to see a breakdown on what all these Service Fees are for as well as the Insurance (as card was destroyed). This Bank / Financial institute are charging interest as they feel and percentages that are not disclosed
