Interest rate to be lowered request on Consolidation loan

Good day,

I took out a loan last year at African Bank and I on on 27% interest. I was not really financial stable at the time as I was also trying to build up my credit report score. I have been making payment since last year and have not skipped or taken up the credit break offered. My problem is that the loan is for 5 years and I pay R4320 and because of covid and added responsibility from home, I cannot really keep up. I would love to be able to finish up paying up the loan quickly and therefore would like to request that my intrest be decreased. I have proven that I am a good debtor and have kept on my agreement. My credit score has gone up, therefore I am considering apply for loan at other Bank and will get lower interest or approaching national debt counseling to ensure that Atleast the credit and repayment is lowered. Please advise if you can be able to assist and what process do I need to follow.
