INTEREST ON INVESTMENT NOT RECEIVED

I have a 5 year investment with fixed interest rate with African Bank. This month I only received half of my interest. After querying it I received a call apologizing that there was a system ****ch and would receive the balance on 14 Aug. Today is the 19th and still no monies received for the balance of interest to be paid. No call or communication from them. They advertise they have the highest and best fixed term interest but then you only receive half of it!!!!! What would have happened if it was my only income? Thinking of withdrawing my money prior to 5 year term WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES. THIS INCIDENT WILL BACK ME TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT PENALTIES.
