Interest charges for no reason
I was in default for the month of April2015. However I paid my installments in full on the month of May 2015. I was being charged interest in May and June aswell as July this month. The account says that I am still in arrears. However I am paying extra every month. How the hell did that happen. I have also been told that african bank are rogues. If this is not resolved I will not pay in the month of August.
