interest charges

Good day<br> <br> African bank did not answer my questions as a result they r charging me for something they dont know how to explain to me. And i have a contract stating their charges wen i asked consultant abt the charges he cudnt answer as a result he was quick to gve me onbadsman contact details. i dont know if i shud take it up or hello peter will investigate on my behalf.
