interest charged

hello peter <br> african bank called regarding my previous complaint i gave them time to call me back they called me on a wrong time and they never attempted to call again ,<br> my problem is im still waiting that they tell me interest that im being charged monthly , and i also want to know why are they not updating my itc with regards to recieving payment.<br> they attempt to call me anytime now im available.<br> <br> regards <br> bongiwe
