Insurance issues

I app**** for the payment holiday on my credit card account, I was informed that it would be possible for 3 months as long as I submit my documents from my employer and that after 3 months I will be able to continue as usual. My credit card has been stopped and African Bank informed me that the insurance only paid for one month and there is 2 months arrears. That was not the agreement.
